Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are sent within 2 working day of payment, dispatch is completed on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays before 13:00. 

For example, if an order is placed on Friday evening it will be sent on the following dispatch day which is the Monday (with the exception of bank holidays).

If for any reason we're unable to ship your order within two working days, we will inform you as soon as possible via email.

Royal Mail 1st class (1 - 2 working days): £0.99 (Free when you spend £8 or more).

Royal Mail 48 tracked: £2.70

Royal Mail 24 tracked: £3.50

 
EU

Tracked shipping: £8.00 - £9.80 (4 - 7 working days)

We are not responsible for third party delays, the prices above are a guide only and are subject to change without notice. An accurate shipping price will be provided during checkout before payment. 

 

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has shipped, please check your spam / junk inbox if you have not received this email. If applicable, this email will contain your tracking number(s) which will be active within 24 hours.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
READYSETCUSTOM is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Please contact us immediately if your order has arrived damaged. We will require a description and photographs of the damage in order to file a claim with the courier. We will not be able to issue a replacement or refund without this evidence.
